We all believe our Grandmother’s have the best recipes and cooking, but mine is really the best! She is so good, I'm sharing her “Apple Dapple Cake Recipe” with all of you! I hope you love it

Apple Dapple Cake Recipe:

3 C Apples, diced
12 C Oil
3 Eggs
2 C Sugar
2 t Vanilla
1 t Cinnamon (at least)
1 C Raisens
3C Flour
1 t Soda
½ t Salt
1 C Walnuts, chopped
1 C Coconut
4C Rum (optional - but yummy)
Mix Oil, sugar, eggs, flour, soda & salt, then add raisens, coconut, walnuts. Mix in apples last
Bake in greased pan
325 for 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hrs.
(EVERYTHING IS MIXED BY HAND)
